At Mikmada Homes, we understand that purchasing a home is a big decision, and we’re truly grateful that you’ve chosen us as your preferred home builder. As a token of our appreciation, we offer a cash reward for referring Mikmada Homes to your friends, family, and colleagues.

If you are a past customer, you can take part in our Circle of Trust program and earn a $10,000 reward for every successful referral that results in the purchase of a Mikmada home.

Terms and Conditions

Referral terms and conditions the builder (we) agrees to pay the referral amount, as outlined above, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. This form must be presented to the sales representative prior to the referred customer's offer to purchase.
  2. You, the referrer, must make contact with Mikmada Homes, referring your friend/relative prior to your friend/relative contacting Mikmada Homes. 
  3. The referral letter must be completed in its entirety.
  4. To be eligible for the reward, the registration of a referral must result in an unconditional sale and possession of a new Mikmada Home.
  5. Homes which are already under a purchase agreement are not eligible to be registered for a referral.
  6. Referral rewards will be paid within 30 days of the referred customer taking possession of their new Mikmada home.
  7. Referral customer rewards cannot be changed and are non-transferrable.
  8. To be eligible for the reward, the referred customer cannot be living in the same household as the referring homeowner.
  9. The referred customer must be pre-registered in the Mikmada Homes Referral Program at the time of purchase to be valid.
  10. The referred customer purchase cannot be in combination with a realtor-assisted sale.
  11. The customer being referred gives consent for Mikmada Homes to contact them.
  12. Referral fee amount is payable to you, the referrer, at possession.
