THE WORK BEGINS

- excavation and construction begin
- courtesy frame-walk prior to drywall
- home exterior and interior completion
- scheduled Pre-Delivery Inspection of home
PREPARING FOR FOR INTERIM OCCUPANCY

Interim Occupancy is the period between receiving your new home keys and registration of the condo townhome with the Land Registry Office
- arrange for lender to provide firm mortgage approval
- provide signed Agreement to your lawyer
- contact utilities to set-up accounts, arrange for homeowners’ insurance and for cable and internet connections
- notify Canada Post you are moving
UNLOCKING YOUR FRONT DOOR

- lawyers complete interim occupancy transaction between purchaser and Mikmada Homes
- Mikmada representative schedules key release and pick-up
- Congratulations and welcome home!
PREPARING FOR TITLE CLOSE OF YOUR HOME
Interim occupancy period ends and full ownership begins.
- notify lender to activate your mortgage
- communicate with your lawyer regarding closing documents
