    Interim Occupancy is the period between receiving your new home keys and registration of the condo townhome with the Land Registry Office

    • arrange for lender to provide firm mortgage approval
    • provide signed Agreement to your lawyer
    • contact utilities to set-up accounts, arrange for homeowners’ insurance and for cable and internet connections
    • notify Canada Post you are moving

  • UNLOCKING YOUR FRONT DOOR

    • lawyers complete interim occupancy transaction between purchaser and Mikmada Homes
    • Mikmada representative schedules key release and pick-up

  • PREPARING FOR TITLE CLOSE OF YOUR HOME

    Interim occupancy period ends and full ownership begins.

    • notify lender to activate your mortgage
    • communicate with your lawyer regarding closing documents
