When browsing our website, visiting one of our sales offices, requesting site information, responding to surveys, questionnaires, feedback and the like, you could be asked to voluntarily provide us with your pertinent information such as name, address, telephone number and email address.  Other information that could be collected would be your housing preferences, intended purchase price range, age range and number of persons in your household.

Should you purchase a brand new home from Mikmada Homes the following information will be required to complete the transaction:  name, address, telephone number(s), email address along with a copy of your driver’s license and passport/Canadian citizenship documentation. From purchase to appraisal to closing of your home, we will also collect your lawyer’s and lender’s information.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Personal information will be accessible to our sales staff and head office employees required to engage in communication with you to provide superior service.  Mikmada Homes will also share collected information with our service providers such as utilities companies, insurance companies, banking institutions, trades and contractors who perform various functions in product delivery.  

We will rely on you to keep us informed of any changes in your personal information. 

We prohibit the sale, transfer or sharing of personal information with third parties for any other purposes than those identified, without your consent, unless it is required by law.
