• provide signed Agreement to your lawyer
• communicate with your lawyer regarding closing documents
• ensure mortgage arrangements and financing is finalized with lender
• arrange for required homeowners’ insurance coverage
• contact utilities to set-up accounts and arrange for cable and internet connections
• notify Canada Post you are moving

• lawyers complete transaction between purchaser and Mikmada Homes
• Mikmada representative schedules key release and pick-up
