The entire team at Mikmada Homes was thrilled to present keys to 3 deserving families at the Habitat for Humanity Hamilton townhome build on Friday, August 23rd, 2019. As a major sponsor of this site, Mikmada Homes was able to complete the 3 townhome build in 4 months along with the wonderful volunteers from Habitat for Humanity. We wish all three families great enjoyment in their new homes.

Waterdown Habitat for Humanity build breaks ground
The first-ever Habitat for Humanity build in Waterdown is underway at the corner of Dundas Street and Dennis Avenue. The three townhouse build is slated to be complete by the end of September, in time for the families to move in for the new school year. Habitat for Humanity celebrated the build with a groundbreaking ceremony on April 4 — although the foundation had already been poured for the three-unit build.

Habitat for Humanity partnering with Mikmada Homes on Waterdown build
Habitat for Humanity Hamilton has announced it is partnering with Mikmada Homes on its three-unit townhouse build in Waterdown. The proposed project will be located at the southwest corner of Dundas Street and Dennis Avenue. This week, the City of Hamilton’s planning committee approved a motion to rezone the property to allow the construction of a three-unit townhome.
